Another beautiful Savinelli pipe from Italy, complete with storage box. Perfectly finished smooth wood running into the triangular shank of the briar and then joined with a brass ring ascent to the bakelite. There is a subtle gold rod with a star shape on the end, on the top left join of the shank. On the top left side of the briar, just before the join, is stamped 'Oscar' in Italic lettering and just underneath 'Tiger'. The opposite side is stamped 'Italy 623'. Real briar Italian pipe, complete with storage box. Perfectly finished wood running into the triangular shank of the briar and then joined with a brass ring ascent to the bakelite. There is a subtle 'R, on the side of the Bakelite presumably for 'Roma', which is the series this pipe is taken from. The pipe has no markings, apart from on the base, where the stipple effect has been removed to reveal the sheen of the wood and the letters 'Roma 305' are stamped into the wood shank.
