Pazyryk Limited | Pipes | Big Ben Pipes | Big Ben Churchwarden Pipes
Big Ben Churchwarden Pipes are a step up from our typical churchwarden pipes; the 'Lord' series is quite a pipe. There is substantial inlay work around the Bakelite, next to the join to the bowl. The mouthpiece is perfectly formed. A piece of very fine quality briar is used for the bowl, the grain of which is fairly vertical to the bowl, a good sign of quality briar. The real beauty of this churchwarden is that it takes standard 9mm pipe filters, which can be found for a 'song' in the Pipe Accessories section. Our Adsorba filters are fine or you can go for the own brand Big Ben filters in boxes of 40, for extra value. [This is a classy bit of kit, very well made and kept well, should last a lifetime. If you like putting your thumb accross the shank, as your holding your pipe, this is for you, it sits very nicely in the hand. Ed.] Around 80 grams in weight. In a red felt bag and boxed.
